Permit Office Hours
Operations within the county road right-of-way other than normal or incidental maintenance of your property will require a permit when conducted by anyone other than LCRC personnel, or it's agents.
The Permit Office is located at 3535 Grand Oaks Drive, Howell, Michigan.
Office hours are: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (closed for holidays).

Request Inspections
Upon completion of the work covered by a right-of-way permit, it is necessary to request a final inspection for release of the permit.
